Tried to call the number and it's not recognized! I had to return a dress as it was the wrong size, and I ordered another one, but this is now a different color from the other bridesmaid dresses. Please call me back to resolve this.
Preferred solution: I would like to get the same colour dress as the other 3 I have ordered

Having problems returning dress that does not fit
I cannot get in touch with anyone from customer service I have tried contacting the phone number what is on line but to no avail. Returns information not good.

Haven’t received my order that I ordered on the 23 rd of November and has been paid in full
You tell me whats happened to my order as I have paid I. Full but never received my dress , so can you please just give me my refund as I dont want the dress anymore because its too late .
So could you please just refund my money back into my account .

Avoid at all cost they are an absolute nightmare to get in contact with none of the numbers seem to work or any other contact details unless you want to order something funnily enough
I cannot make required payment because my purse was stolen and I wont have any of my bank cards for 7 to 10 working days tried multiple times to contact them but to no avail I certainly will not use them ever again or recommend them to anyone else

The dress was absolutely gorgeous but unfortunately it didn’t fit my granddaughter even thought she only 4 I ordered a 4 to 5 so I. Had to return which was a shame but I was given back my refund
I ordered a size 4 to 5 but unfortunately it didnt fit her it seem that their dresses come down a smaller back size in America but it was a lovely dress it was a shame really

I ordered the most beautiful dress for my wedding 3 months ago. I absolutely fell in love but it was a little small, but the largest size available to order.
As we all do, I was hoping to lose a little bit of weight before my wedding on the 1st July & fit into the dress.
Unfortunately, even after losing weight, it still doesn't fit me correctly in the middle. I have now had to go ahead and order a new dress entirely from your beautiful collection of dresses to try (although not the one I fell in love with)
I am now seeking to return this dress for a full refund if possible.

Slow delivery, poor quality goods, items don't look the same as website, having issues returning items
I ordered items on 4th September. I didn't receive a confirmation email, therefore, I had no order number, so I couldn't track the order.
I received a text message on Friday, 13th September, to say my order was dispatched. This is the only communication I have received so far. Everything arrived on Saturday, 21st September. The jewellery didn't look like the photo on the website.
Other items were of poor quality or didn't fit. I need to return everything within 14 days, but I don't have an order number, and I don't have a return slip. I have asked for this on Facebook and by email (I sent 3 requests in 2 days). I also tried to contact them via the website, but I don't have an order number so the message won't send.
I have received no reply.
I paid £209 for everything and I can't afford to lose that amount of money. I tried ringing the company using the phone number provided on this website, but it doesn't connect.

- Some items received looked nothing like the photos online
- Awful customer service

Discrepancy in refund
To whom it may concern,
I ordered two dresses from JJ House and paid 303.97 euros. Unfortunately, the dresses were too big for my daughter, so I returned them within the time specified and only received a refund of 219.80 euros. I was told I would get a full refund, so I would appreciate it if you could look into this for me, as there is a discrepancy of 84.17 euros.
