Horrendous!Appealing!

Messages backwards and forwards Cannot get into website absolutely awful. No real help.

System just awful. No human contact. No phone numbers.

Assume they just hope you give up and don't return the item! Will be going legal!

I have not been contacted by them after two emails to arrange a return. The item was not a true size, not the correct color, and about 12 inches too long. I've asked for a prepaid return label, and there has been no response!

JJsHouse UK - Issues with order

My wedding is in a week and a half. This order took 2 weeks to come in the post, which is fine, but then it came with different sized pearls - one of them wouldn't even fit into a child's ankle.

Unless a blind person was packaging this, it's not reasonable at all to make such an obvious error. And now I'm too close to my wedding, but I still need the same length of the pearls!
