Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. JJs house replied to my email and, after a fewback-and-forth emails, I was offered a refund option subject to returning the items. This I did and the refund has been received.It’s just a shame that it was so difficult to locate a method to request a refund and they have no customer service telephone number to call (well, none that I could find that actually connects).I was pleasantly surprised!.

Bad communication with customer service, item not delivered

Order not delivered, took them 3 days to check the status of delivery and still they didnt had an answer, the phone number is not available, they answer the email very slowly. Never again order from this company.

took money no stuff has arrived I have called but no answer and I have order a dress and shoes and my order is 390907**** can you let me know when it will arrive and it should have arrived between the 15th to 21st but and I tried to ring a number customer service but no answer and if you can let me know when it will arrive I need it by the 1st July

i have ordered a dress in the wrong size and i would like to send it back, i really liked the design of the dress however it is not the correct size for me .

Delivery

Hello, I was just enquiring about the delivery date on the package I just recently ordered. I wanted to ensure the delivery date is correct which is the 7th to the 13th of June as I have an event on the 15th of June where I require the dress I ordered. Ordered my prom dress thinking I was getting a classical pink dress, it came and as I opened the box I saw the colour was completely wrong and it was putple. I know I ordered the right colour because I ordered swatches before hand. Got my size and it was way too big and falling off my shoulders, the boldest was not at all like the picture and I was very disappointed. I tryed to call to return it and no one answered.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Now I'm stuck with a £200 dress I can't return and no dress for prom.

Return dress for full refund

ordered dress approx 18/03/22 for Miss Abi Hayward, it arrived early April. Since then I have been trying to contact you about returning the dress as it is to small. Goods ARRIVING TOO LATE!

I entered the date of the wedding when I ordered this dress. You assured me it would be delivered in April. You are now saying it will arrive on May 5th - THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. I demand this item is either shipped by high priority TODAY or you issue me with a full refund.
